REFUND POLICY.

At Kaldr, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your plunge or sauna, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

If there is no issue with your order and you simply want to send it back and receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be covered by Kaldr. The purchaser must pay for return shipping, and once the item is inspected upon arrival, a refund will be issued to the original card used to make the purchase. 

If your item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent to you, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping.

We will provide you with a shipping label and handle the return shipping expenses to our warehouse. Subsequently, upon receiving your ordered items and confirming their undamaged condition, we will proceed to initiate your refund.

If the item is damaged, we will evaluate the expenses associated with repair or replacement and reimburse you for the remaining amount. To facilitate a refund, the item must be in a condition comparable to brand new.

Upon the conclusion of our inspection, we will initiate a refund to the original card used to make the purchase. 

Please inspect your order upon receipt, and if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, let us know right away so we can make it right.
